Beautiful land, and never enough weekend

Acreage on the Sunshine Coast hinterland is the dream: space, views, big skies, your own piece of country. Then the first spring arrives, the grass grows a foot in a fortnight, and the dream starts eating every Saturday you have.

A mowing contractor only solves a quarter of it. Acreage needs someone who can read the whole property: when the orchard wants pruning, which native edges need a fire-aware tidy, why the dam bank is slipping, what the gardens near the house need before guests arrive at Christmas.

That is the work we love most. We run hinterland properties on a seasonal calendar, with the same small experienced crew every visit, so the place always feels kept and you get your weekends back.

How do you price acreage maintenance?

After a free walk-through we scope the property into zones and quote a set visit length on a fortnightly or monthly rhythm. You get a predictable monthly cost rather than an open-ended hourly surprise.

Do you bring your own equipment?

Yes, everything from ride-on mowers to chainsaws and chippers, maintained and insured. If your property has its own machinery we are happy to run it instead.

Can you manage the property while we travel?

Many of our acreage clients are away for months at a time. We keep the property moving on its seasonal calendar and can send photo updates so you can see the place is loved.

Do you handle more than gardens?

Our work covers everything that grows: lawns, gardens, orchards, hedges, native edges and dam surrounds. For fencing, arborist work above our scope or earthworks we bring in trusted local specialists and coordinate them for you.
